The US and Germany have agreed to deliver five Patriot air defence systems to Ukraine, Germany's Defence Minister Boris Pistorius said on Monday. Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre also said Norway would help Germany fund the missile systems. The US earlier said it would sell Patriot units to European NATO members, which will then be sent to Ukraine.
