External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said US and Europe will be "net losers" if they put excessive curbs on immigration of skilled workers. Jaishankar stated that crisis in US and Europe is not result of "mobility of incoming workforce" but because they "very consciously and deliberately, over the last two decades, allowed their businesses to relocate".
