Producers Guild of India and Motion Picture Association, which represents Warner Bros and Paramount, reportedly approached Centre for stricter copyright protection to prevent AI firms from using their intellectual property to train AI models. The film studios are saying that AI companies must license content for training their models. India's current copyright law does not account for use by AI.
