Russian and US diplomats will meet in Turkey's Istanbul on Thursday to discuss "systemic problems" in the operation of their countries' embassies, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said. Stating that the meeting would focus on creating better conditions for diplomats, Lavrov said, "Its results will show how quickly we can move forward." Russia-US officials met last week in Saudi Arabia.
