White House announced that US President Donald Trump will personally lead Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) after world's richest man Elon Musk's exit. "The DOGE leaders are each and every member of the President's cabinet, and the President himself," White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said. "DOGE employees are now political appointees and government employees," Leavitt added.
