A New Jersey police officer was charged with misconduct for allegedly ignoring a 911 call about shooting and double murder. Instead of responding to the call, Sergeant Kevin Bollaro drove two miles in opposite direction to the caller's location to an ATM. He later stopped at a pizzeria for an hour and then spent another hour at a local restaurant.
