As per reports, a Pennsylvania couple, James and Carly Kahl, were arrested after authorities found their five children aged 5-14 locked in a faeces-smeared, flea-infested, dungeon-like room. The children lacked beds, clothing, and adequate food. The parents face charges including child endangerment and drug possession. The children are now in protective custody receiving care.
