The US State Department has designated the Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA), and its alias the Majeed Brigade, as Foreign Terrorist Organisations (FTOs). This comes after Pakistan Army chief Asim Munir visited the US. Moreover, the Majeed Brigade was also added as an alias to the BLA's previous Specially Designated Global Terrorist (SDGT) designation, it stated.
