US Health Secretary Robert F Kennedy Jr has fired all 17 members of a US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention panel of vaccine experts. Kennedy, a long-time vaccine skeptic, claimed that the panel had become "little more than a rubber stamp for any vaccine". He added that new members were being considered to replace those ousted.
