Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal said US and India's friendship is "far stronger" than "few comments made by few people", while referring to US President Donald Trump's advisor Peter Navarro. After calling India a "laundromat of Kremlin", Navarro recently said "Brahmins [are] profiteering from Russian oil". "They could be either some misunderstandings or personal opinions," added Goyal.
