A judge has rejected the US Securities and Exchange Commission's request to sanction Elon Musk for missing a testimony in a probe related to his Twitter acquisition. The judge said sanctions were unnecessary as Musk testified on another date and agreed to repay travel costs to SEC. Musk missed the testimony in September to watch one of his rockets launch.
