US President Donald Trump is launching a new policy to keep migrants who entered the country illegally detained by denying them bond hearings, an internal memo showed. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Acting Director Todd Lyons told officials illegal migrants should be detained "for the duration of their removal proceedings," which can last for months or years, The Washington Post reported.
