The US sanctioned two Indians for alleged involvement in a Houthi network transporting Iranian oil to fund activities disrupting Red Sea shipping and attacking Israel. Rahul Rattanlal Warikoo Rattanlal, Managing Director, and Dipankar Mohan Keot, Technical Manager, are linked to Sharjah-based Indo Gulf Ship Management. Their US assets and properties with over 50% ownership have been frozen.
