US announced new sanctions on two judges and two prosecutors of International Criminal Court (ICC) over their role in prosecution of Americans and Israelis, including arrest warrants against Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu. US State Secretary Marco Rubio called ICC "national security threat". ICC stated the sanctions are a "flagrant attack" against independence of an impartial judicial institution.
