US' new Secretary of State Marco Rubio will hold his first bilateral meeting with External Affairs Minister (EAM) S Jaishankar in Washington DC. Both ministers will also attend the QUAD foreign ministers' meeting, the first under President Donald Trump's new administration, reports claimed. EAM Jaishankar attended President Trump's inauguration on behalf of PM Narendra Modi on January 20.
