US reportedly sent a WC-135 'nuke-sniffer' jet toward Russia's nuclear bases a day after Moscow exited Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty. The plane is designed to track nuclear testing in the atmosphere. It circled around the Barents Sea, north of Murmansk and west of the Russian Arctic archipelago of Novaya Zemlya, before returning to UK almost 14 hours later, reported Newsweek.
