The US Supreme Court declined Google's request to stay lower court order that mandated major changes to Play Store. The changes required Google to allow users to download rival app stores within its own Play Store and make app's catalogue available to competitors. Google was also asked to let developers include external links, allowing users to bypass its billing system.
