Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said the country is using domestically produced long-range weapons to strike Russian territory and no longer consults US on such operations. He stated that past coordination with US over such strikes was "a long time ago". His remarks come after reports stated that US had been blocking permission for cross-border attacks using American-supplied arms.
