Himachal Pradesh High Court has granted bail to a man accused of posting an AI-generated picture of PM Modi with the caption "Pakistan Zindabad". It observed that the words by themselves "neither incite armed rebellion nor promote subversive or separatist activities". "Hailing a country without denouncing the motherland does not constitute an offence of sedition," the court added.
