Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Dhami stated a strict SOP should be prepared for operation of heli services in the state after seven people were killed in chopper crash on Sunday. The SOP will include complete check of the technical condition of helicopter and taking accurate weather information before flight will be made compulsory. Notably, the helicopter, which crashed, encountered bad weather.
