India called out Pakistan at UN Security Council Open Debate, asking it to vacate illegally occupied regions of Kashmir and end ongoing human rights violations in these areas. Indian envoy P Harish said J&K is an integral and inalienable part of India, which has "time-tested democratic traditions and constitutional framework". These concepts are alien to Pakistan, he added.
