Bihar BJP chief Dilip Jaiswal on Saturday urged Election Commission to ensure that burqa-clad women are properly tallied with their voter cards, so that only genuine voters can exercise their franchise in upcoming Assembly polls. He also requested that the elections be held in one or two phases. Bihar Assembly polls is expected to be held later this year.
