In a major breakthrough, the Anti-Gangster Task Force (AGTF) Punjab apprehended Gurpreet Singh alias Vicky Nihang, a key associate of fugitive foreign-based gangsters Doni Bal and Munn Ghanshampuria, following a brief exchange of gunfire during an operation in Ludhiana Rural. One pistol and four live cartridges were recovered from his possession.
