A short video on YouTube channel 'techayasfacts' claimed that the Indian government is giving free scooties to all women and daughters. "This claim is fake and no such 'free scooty scheme' is being run by the Centre," the fact-checking unit of the government, PIB Fact Check said. It also urged citizens to visit official website of government for accurate information.
