Abdul Hakim Sheikh, a 45-year-old zookeeper in Mumbai on Monday, received a video from his wife showing a neighboring child’s father, identified as Rajeshram alias Bhagwan, beating and burning his 5-year-old daughter Sanjana. The clip captured the father tying her legs and attacking her. Disturbed by the visuals, Sheikh rushed to Mankhurd Police Station to file a complaint.
