A video purportedly showing two staffers dragging a dead body up a flight of stairs at Government Medical College and Hospital in Bihar’s Bettiah has surfaced online. The police had reportedly taken custody of the unidentified body before it was transferred to the hospital. The AAP and Prashant Kishor's Jan Suraaj both shared the video while condemning the incident.
