Marking 26th Kargil Vijay Diwas on Saturday, Indian army hoisted a 72-foot national flag at one of the highest vantage points in Lamochan, Dras. The flag was formally hoisted by Lieutenant General Hitesh Bhalla, General Officer Commanding, 14 Corps, alongside Major General Asim Kohli (Retd), CEO of Flag Foundation of India. Kargil Vijay Diwas is observed annually on July 26.
