A video has surfaced online showing a car with people inside being swept away in Uttarakhand flash flood triggered by cloudburst in Uttarkashi district on Tuesday. "The car is filled with people," a man can be heard saying in the video. Notably, at least four people were killed and several others are missing after the cloudburst.
