The Indian Air Force airlifted and evacuated 135 pilgrims stranded along the Manimahesh Yatra route in the Bharmour area of Himachal Pradesh's Chamba. The video shows pilgrims getting off a Chinook helicopter through the rear ramp. Additionally, 35 elderly and ailing devotees were airlifted in a smaller helicopter on Thursday. Heavy rains, flash floods, and landslides prompted the operations.
