A state of emergency has been declared in New York City after heavy rainfall brought flash flooding. Many of the city's subway systems and roads were flooded while one of the terminals at the LaGuardia Airport was shut on Friday. Several videos showing the deluge also surfaced online. Notably, this is the wettest September in NYC in over 100 years.
