Researchers at the Italian Institute of Technology have developed a flying humanoid robot with potential applications in disaster response scenarios and delivering goods. The robot, named iRonCub3, is fitted with four miniature jet engines that help it stay suspended in the air. A video shows iRonCub3 lifting off roughly 20 inches from the ground using thrusters.
