A video showed Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan flagging in the first-ever ship, Zhen Hua 15, to dock at ₹7,700-crore Vizhinjam International Seaport, which is being developed by Adani Ports in partnership with the state. Adani Ports CEO Karan Adani was present at the event. Zhen Hua 15 reached India after commencing its journey from a port in China in August.
