Local residents from Maharashtra's Vasai dressed as 'ghosts' and marched to the civic body's ward office to protest against a playground which was built over a Hindu cemetery. A video of the protest shows the locals wearing masks. One protester even carried a bouquet to sarcastically thank the officials for "taking care of the ghosts", NDTV reported.
