A video purportedly showing a man scrambling and crawling to escape the water, mud and debris that flowed through Uttarakhand's Uttarkashi after cloudbursts caused massive destruction, has surfaced online. At least four people have died in the incident. In the video, another person can also be seen running to escape the debris as people shouted and encouraged them.
