A video showing a man ripping up a road, which was reportedly constructed a month ago, with his bare hands in Maharashtra's Nanded has surfaced online. The local residents claimed that the road developed potholes within days. In the video, the man can be heard complaining as he removes chunks of asphalt to expose the layer of stones underneath.
