A 67-year-old man has been formally indicted for setting a fire inside a subway train in South Korea's Seoul, a video of which is being widely shared online. Police said he acted out of anger over a divorce ruling. The fire led to 22 passengers being hospitalised for smoke inhalation and property damage of 330 million won (around ₹2 crore).
