After a 6.9-magnitude earthquake hit the coast of central Philippines on Tuesday, videos surfaced showing people rushing towards safety. One of the videos showed a bridge swaying as commuters tried to stop their vehicles from falling. The historic Parish of Saint Peter the Apostle Church partially collapsed due to earthquake. At least 69 people have been killed, officials said.
