A video showed the 13th Battalion of NDRF doing mock drills in J&K's Udhampur to prepare for the upcoming Amarnath yatra. NDRF personnel could be seen taking humans down from an elevated area while practising rope rescue operations. The drill covered first aid administration, CPR skills and handling of soft tissue injuries. Amarnath yatra will begin on July 3, 2025.
