A time-lapse video has surfaced online showing the water level in Llano River in US' Texas surging and overflowing in under 50 minutes. A group of people was seen standing next to the river before it began flooding. Over 50 people have so far died in massive state-wide flooding in Texas as rescuers continue to search for missing persons.
