A video has surfaced showing the moment a senior Ukrainian spy was shot dead in a residential parking lot in Kyiv. In the video, the agent, carrying two bags, is seen heading towards a parked car when a masked individual approached him and shot him from close range. The accused fired again and ran down the street in other direction.
