At least four people have been arrested after a video showing a purported migrant worker being hung upside down and beaten with stick in Gurugram. The incident reportedly took place in June this year, but the video went viral recently. While the victim hasn't filed a complaint, police took suo motu cognisance and initiated legal action, an ASI told TOI.
