A vigilance team from Prayagraj arrested Fisheries Development Agency officer Vikas Kumar in Pratapgarh while he was accepting a bribe of Rs 14,000. Caught red-handed, the team asked him to accompany them, but he refused. The officers then lifted him from his chair and took him away. Video of the dramatic arrest has since gone viral.
