A sloth bear that fell into a nearly 40-foot-deep well in Telangana’s Adilabad district was rescued after a three-hour joint operation by villagers, forest officials, fire personnel, and local police. After spotting the bear, villagers first tried to pull the bear out using ropes, but they were unsuccessful. Eventually, the bear was safely pulled out using a ladder and crane.
