Deputy Speaker of the Himachal Assembly, Vinay Kumar on Saturday tendered his resignation, as he is being tipped to be the next state Congress president. Reportedly, assembly Speaker Kuldeep Pathania has accepted his resignation. With Vinay's resignation, it is a foregone conclusion that he would be assuming the post of state Congress president.
