Virat Kohli-owned pub One8 Commune in Bengaluru has been booked for violating provisions of the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products Act (COTPA) by not having a dedicated smoking area. A police team conducted a surprise inspection at the pub and booked the manager and staff for non-compliance. It had faced action earlier for operating beyond the stipulated time.
