VST Industries shares fell nearly 4% to ₹280.5 after Q1 FY26 results showed a 6% QoQ and 4% YoY rise in net profit, but revenue declined 9% QoQ and 2% YoY. As per the latest shareholding data, chairman of retail chain DMart, Radhakishan Shivkishan Damani holds a 29.1% stake, including via Bright Star Investments Private Limited.
