Home and furnishings company Wakefit Innovations has raised ₹56 crore in a pre-IPO round from investors, at a valuation of over ₹6,400 crore. The firm is reportedly planning for a ₹1,400-crore public listing in early December. It has proposed raising ₹468.22 crore through a fresh issue, while promoters and investors will offload around 5.8 crore shares via offer-for-sale.
