Walking 100 minutes/day can reduce chronic low back pain by 23%, according to a new study. The study further states that walking more than 100 minutes is associated with reducing the chronic pain as compared to walking less than 78 minutes/day. The 100-minute walk doesn’t need to happen at once and can be completed within a day.
