Wallbox shares rose nearly 4% in premarket trading after the company secured a deal to strengthen its capital structure. It reached a refinancing agreement with lenders holding 65% of its debt, extending maturities and securing a €22.5 million liquidity boost. Wallbox will also raise €10 million in new equity, half from key shareholders.
