RJD MP Manoj Jha on Tuesday reacted to the assault on Ratnakar Sahoo, Additional Commissioner of Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC). He said, "I want to see if PM Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah consider this to be 'jungle raj' or not." He added, "If any such incident comes to light...it should be looked as an indication of anarchy."
